We serve locations in North Florida and Central Florida including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Marineland, Bunnell, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Ormond Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Deltona, Gainesville, Mims, Palatka, Ocala, and surrounding communities.

We offer three planning levels so you can choose the support that actually fits your wedding:

• Love in Bloom - Partial Wedding Planning
• Love Story Complete - Full-Service Wedding Planning
Whether you need someone to take over 30 days out or a partner from “yes” to the last dance, we handle the logistics so you can enjoy the day.
How much do your packages cost?
Investments start at:
• Sparkle and Shine (Day-of Coordination): $650+
• Love in Bloom (Partial Planning): $1,850+
• Love Story Complete (Full-Service Planning): $2,550+
Final pricing depends on guest count, locations, hours needed, and setup. Additional on-site hours are $85 per hour.
What’s included in Day-of-Coordination?
Sparkle and Shine - Day-of-Coordination is our most popular package for couples who have planned their big day but want professional, stress-free management when the date arrives.. We typically step in about 30 days before the wedding to review your timeline, confirm vendors, coordinate rehearsal (up to 2 hours), and manage the wedding day.
On the day, we are the point of contact for vendors and guests, oversee setup, keep the timeline moving, handle last-minute issues, and help with vendor load-out. Coverage includes up to 8 hours on site and ends when that window closes. If you need us earlier for getting-ready photos, a long gap between ceremony and reception, or a late send-off, extra hours can be added.
Do you set up décor, chairs, and linens?
Light décor placement is included (preassembled florals on tables, favors, sign-in table, simple table numbers).
Heavy labor is separate: chairs, tables, arches, large décor, extensive place cards, and full linen dressing. Chair/table setup is $3 each (minimums apply).
Ceremony-to-reception flips, arch setup, and post-reception breakdown are quoted separately.
Place settings, chargers, glassware, and silverware are typically handled by your caterer.
Will you clean the venue after the wedding?
We handle light personal-item packing and light table décor cleanup as an add-on. Full venue cleaning (floors, restrooms, kitchen, overall trash) is the venue’s or a hired cleaner’s responsibility and is not included.
Do we still need a planner if we’ve already booked most of our vendors?
Yes, that’s exactly when Day-of Coordination shines. You’ve done the choosing. We make sure vendors arrive, the timeline holds, the family gets lined up, and you are not the one solving problems in a wedding dress.
What are your professional credentials?
Weddings by Stephanie has been creating weddings for over 30 years and is a David Tutera preferred vendor. Stephanie Mazzeo is a Certified Bridal Consultant with Bridal Accents Ltd., a Certified Wedding Planner with The Wedding Academy, and a Professional Bridal Consultant™ through the Association of Bridal Consultants.
Can you accommodate large weddings or intimate elopements?
Yes, we handle events of all sizes. We offer consulting and coordination for everything from an intimate wedding of two to a grand affair with over 300 guests.
Can you work with a smaller budget?
Yes. We tailor services to your priorities and use local vendor relationships to stretch the budget without losing the feel of the day. Tell us what matters most and we’ll build around that.
Do you help with Florida beach or outdoor weddings?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate beach, garden, park, and backyard celebrations and plan for Florida weather, venue rules, permits, timing, and guest comfort.
Do you take more than one wedding on the same day?
No. We do not book multiple weddings in one day. Your celebration gets our undivided focus.
How early should we book your services?
Because we want to give every couple our full focus, we recommend reaching out via our Contact Page as soon as your date and venue are in the works.
We only take a select number of weddings each year so every couple gets full attention. Day-of-Coordination usually begins 30 days out, Partial Planning about 6 months out, and Full-Service Planning as early as 12 months out.
