Our Sparkle and Shine package is designed for the couple who wants to step out of the planner role and into the spotlight. Hand over the reins to us 30 days before your wedding, and let our expert team manage the vendors, timeline, and logistics so you can focus entirely on celebrating your love story stress-free.

INCLUDED Services

Email communication.
Review and manage the event day timeline for vendors, suppliers, service providers and bridal party.
Confirm details with all vendors, suppliers and/or service providers 2-4 weeks prior to wedding day.
One on-site rehearsal coordination for the ceremony. Limited to a two-hour time frame.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and guests on the wedding day.
Oversee setup, décor placement, and vendor coordination.
Cooperation with ceremony and reception location personnel/staff.
Manage vendors, bridal party, guests and timeline on the wedding day.
Handle any emergencies or last-minute changes and ensure smooth execution.

Just the Two of Us - Ceremony Only / Elopement

This is for the couple who wants the moment, not the production. No reception to run, no long vendor list to manage, no guest-count logistics, just the two of you saying your vows. We handle the short local ceremony so you can be present for it.

We step in close to the date, confirm the officiant and any simple details, keep the ceremony on time, and stay nearby so nothing small turns into a scramble. Designed for an intimate ceremony with little to no setup and a brief window on site.

Love in Bloom - Partial Wedding Planning

If you have a clear vision for your wedding day but want a trusted co-pilot to help navigate the vendor selection and design process, this package is your perfect match. Starting six months prior to your wedding, we join your team to bridge the gap between your ideas and reality. You get to handle the fun parts of planning while we provide the professional guidance, organization, and logistics to keep everything perfectly on track.

INCLUDES all services in Sparkle and Shine, plus these additional services:

On-site visit/walkthrough at ceremony/reception location 4–6 weeks before the wedding.
Additional visits available upon request (extra fees may apply).
Consultations/meetings must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
24-hour advance notice is required to cancel a consultation or meeting.
Recommend, research and secure vendors, suppliers and service providers.
In-person vendor meetings on a case-by-case basis (extra fees may apply).
Assistance with budget and cost breakdown.
Collaboration with the planning and creating of the wedding's theme, color and style.
Contract reviews and negotiations for selected vendors.

Love Story Complete - Full-Service Wedding Planning

From the moment you say "Yes" to the final send-off of your reception, your dream wedding is completely taken care of. Our Full-Service Planning option is the ultimate luxury experience, giving you access to absolute peace of mind from day one. We handle everything, including budget management, vendor curation, custom design concepts, and flawless day-of execution giving you a beautiful, bespoke celebration without any of the planning stress.

INCLUDES all services in Sparkle and Shine + Love in Bloom, and these additional services:

Up to three (3) on-site visits/walkthroughs at ceremony/reception location with the couple.
Create and manage an expense spreadsheet based on the couple’s wedding budget.
Provide cost-saving recommendations and track expenses.
Develop a mood board / design concept for the wedding.
Design a personalized wedding planning timeline and checklist.
Handle contract negotiations and verify deposits and payments to vendors.
Coordinate vendor meetings and ensure alignment with the couple’s vision.
Research and shortlist venues based on the couple's preferences and budget.
Negotiate venue contracts and coordinate logistics (e.g., floor layout, permits).
Design the overall aesthetic, including color palette, décor, and theme.
Coordinate rentals (e.g., furniture, linens, lighting, décor).
Oversee styling on the wedding day.
Create and manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating charts.

Add-Ons and On-Site Hours & Setup/Breakdown Details

Our packages include up to eight (8) hours of on-site coordination coverage and will end at the conclusion of the 8-hour timeframe. Packages also include one on-site ceremony rehearsal coordination session (up to 2 hours).

Any additional hours beyond the 8-hour window that are required for coordination are billed at $85 per hour.

Light décor setup is included in our packages (placing single preassembled floral arrangements on tables, guest favors, arranging the sign-in table, simple table numbers, etc.)

Extensive décor setup will be priced based on specific details. Heavy setup of large or extensive décor items, large quantity of place cards, arches, chairs, tables, and linens is calculated separately. Reach out to us for more information on your specific needs.

Light décor clean-up (packing the couple’s personal items, clearing light table décor, bagging table trash, etc.) minimum $175.

Extensive décor clean-up (floral arrangements, arch breakdown, boxing and packing, vehicle loading, etc.) minimum $275.

Please note: Full venue cleaning (floors, restrooms, kitchen, overall trash removal, etc.) is the responsibility of the venue or a hired cleaning service and is not included.

An Important Note on Chair and/or Table Rentals:

Because rental companies generally only drop off stacks of chairs at a venue rather than actually setting up and placing the chairs, it will require a dedicated team.

Post-reception breakdown of chairs and tables typically occurs after the contracted coverage ends. A minimum Breakdown Fee of $275 applies for this service. Pricing is based on the number of chairs and tables and location details.

Our base packages focus on overall timeline management and placing direct décor items rather than heavy equipment labor.

Chair setup: $3 per chair (minimum $50)
Table setup: $3 per table (minimum $50)
Ceremony-to-reception flip (rearranging after ceremony if required): $300+

Post-reception chair/table breakdown: $275+

Linen Setup Optional Add-On

Basic tablecloth placement: $1.50 per table (minimum $50)
Standard linen setup; tablecloths + runners + napkin placement: $3 per table (minimum $50)

Pricing does not include steaming/ironing of linens

Tablescape: Setup of individual place settings, chargers, glassware, or silverware is not included and is traditionally executed by your professional catering staff.
